Job Title: Onsite Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Goodyear, AZ 85338 (must live within 30-35 mins from this zip)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 pm – 2:30 am (possible 4:30am)
Availability: Must be available for extended hours and occasional weekends, depending on business needs the days of the week might change eventually.
Pay: Starting at $25.00-26.00 per hour (overtime pay for any hours over 40)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to oversee the daily operations of temporary staff at a client warehouse facility in Goodyear, AZ. This role serves as the primary liaison between the client and our staffing team, ensuring operational efficiency, full compliance, and a productive workforce.

The ideal candidate has prior warehouse or production experience, demonstrates strong leadership, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work extended hours when needed are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of temporary associates at the client warehouse
• Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal staffing team
• Ensure client job orders are accurately filled and fully compliant
• Oversee and support Onsite Leads and temporary workforce
• Train and onboard new associates in partnership with staffing supervisors
• Monitor performance and ensure quality and productivity standards are met
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with client supervisors and managers
• Manage timekeeping, payroll accuracy, and basic invoicing processes
• Produce and deliver performance reports as requested
• Provide coverage during staffing gaps and peak workload periods
• Identify and suggest operational improvements to increase efficiency

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, staffing, or team leadership roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with workforce management systems is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including extended shifts and weekends, as needed
