Position Overview

Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a remote Family Law Associate Attorney to join our Seattle office (remote but must reside in Washington to attend hearings or meet with clients in person).

Role Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of family law cases such as divorce, custody, and support issues.
• Engage in client communications, legal drafting, depositions, court appearances, and mediations.
• Manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Position Requirements

• 0-3 years of Family Law experience preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in Family Law.
• Active Washington State Bar admission.
• Strong writing, communication, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a client-focused approach.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $115,000 $179,680 annually, based on experience and other factors.
