About the Role

We're hiring entry-level Registered Behavior Technicians to join our clinic-based team. If you're caring, dependable, and ready to start something meaningful, we'll give you everything you need — including paid training, certification, and career development.

What You’ll Do:

• Work 1-on-1 with children with autism in a supportive clinic setting
• Help build communication, social, and life skills through play and routine
• Use fun, research-backed methods (we’ll train you!)
• Track each child’s progress using simple data collection tools
• Get ongoing support and supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collaborate with a passionate team of therapists and clinicians
• Adapt sessions to meet each child’s unique needs

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to kneel, crouch, stand for long periods, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Willingness to complete a background check

Not Required, but Great to Have:

• ABA experience – we'll train you! No experience needed
• College degree
• Certifications – we'll help you get certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in your first month
