Job Description

An opportunity is available for a dedicated professional with expertise in behavior analysis within an educational setting. This position is designed for the upcoming school year, focusing on providing exceptional support to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The role is based in Corona, CA, and runs from August to December, with a full-time schedule of 30-35 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA License
• Experience working in K-12 educational environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
• Commitment to student success and well-being
• Knowledge of current best practices in behavior analysis

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students' behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
• Provide training and support to staff on behavior modification techniques and best practices.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure effective support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies for success.
