Details for the position are as follows: Job Description: Pay: 60.00-64.00/hr. Length of Assignment: 6 months to start with potential for extension. We are looking for a motivated bioinformatics contractor to join our research data science team. The candidate will support research oncology projects. Need Masters or doctoral degree. Cannot be fully remote. Will be a hybrid role. Programming and troubleshooting of bioinformatics analysis workflow. Performing the analysis of multiple high-throughput omics data sets, including scRNASeq, TCR-Seq, WES, ATAC-Seq, and proteomics. Performing biological signatures and pathways analysis.
