Able Minds ABA is seeking a BCBA in the Elkton area who is excited to make a real difference in the lives of local children. With a strong presence in Northern Maryland, we provide tailored ABA services that meet families where they areboth geographically and emotionally.

Design and manage personalized treatment programs based on ABA principles.
Conduct behavioral assessments and update treatment plans as needed.
Lead and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through direct supervision and skills development.
Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to support consistent care.
Monitor data collection, analyze results, and make informed clinical decisions.
Ensure ethical standards and compliance with all applicable regulations and best practices.
BCBA certification in good standing.
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Experience developing and supervising ABA programming.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
