Our client is seeking an experienced Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Auto/Bodily Injury claims from inception to closure, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.

• Job Title : Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster
• Location (On-Site) Mon-Fri | Lakewood Ranch, FL Office (By UTC area)
• Salary Range: : $68k base + a $5K bonus after 90 days in role (Benefits Package included)
• Job Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate Auto/Bodily Injury claims. Soft tissue up to major injury and death.
• Communicate with policyholders, claimants, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate claim resolution.
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Maintain detailed documentation, process payments, and manage accurate claim recorded
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to drive efficient claim handling
• Monitor claim developments and make strategic decisions to mitigate risk

Qualifications & Requirements

• FL Adjuster License required
• 3+ years of experience handling Auto/Bodily Injury claims
• Experience with injury claims that are attorney rep’d
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to handle complex claims with a proactive and detail-oriented approach in a fast paced environment
