Position: CDL A Truck Driver – Walmart Dedicated
Location: Must live within 25 miles of Cocoa, FL (32926)
Freight: Refrigerated grocery freight (reefer)
Delivery Area: Central Florida + out-of-state deliveries into GA, SC, AL
Load/Unload: 100% no-touch freight
Miles per Week: 1,600–2,400
Shift: Start times vary daily between 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Schedule: Run on a 12–16 hour clock depending on freight and start time
Home Time: Home every other day for a 10-hour break with a 34-hour reset each week (possible 2 days off mid-week)
Weekend Work: Required
Holiday Work: Mandatory
Weekly Average Pay: $1,200–$1,300
Pay Package: Per load flat rate + mileage pay ($0.11 per mile)
Stop Pay: $10.00 per stop
Bonus: Eligible for Swift Driver Performance Bonus
Transition Bonus: None
Valid CDL Class A License
Minimum 1 year CDL A experience
Must live within 25 miles of Cocoa, FL (32926)
No endorsements required
Reefer experience preferred but not required
Must be flexible with variable night start times, weekends, and holidays
