Job Description

Taft Family Ventures (TFV) is currently searching for a CFO to assist in the companys growth in the multi-family and commercial real estate space. Headquartered in Greenville, North Carolina, TFV is a family-owned and operated real estate development, construction, and property management company with five integrated and collaborative Divisions fueling its strategic operations.

Reporting to the companys Principals, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing all accounting and finance functions for all entities of the organization.

Requirements:

• You must have experience in the Multi-Family Apartment Industry.
• Proven executive leadership experience in corporate finance, ideally within organizations with $750MM+ in assets under management and $100MM+ in annual revenues.
• Masters degree (preferred) in Business, Finance, or Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred.
• 1520 years of leadership experience in real estate and/or construction industries.
• Expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cost accounting, and treasury management. Experience with multiple accounting platforms.
• Experience with Yardi or similar software.
• Exceptional communication skills with all levels of staff, executives, partners, lenders, auditors, and CPAs.
