Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Impact Staffing International (ISI) is seeking a highly skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join our client’s team in Arlington, Texas. This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility while maintaining a strong in-office presence for business needs 2–3 days per week. The attorney will lead a manageable caseload of 15–20 civil litigation matters from intake to trial, including contested probate, real estate, business, and contract disputes. Most cases are based in Tarrant County, and the attorney will serve as first chair in trials, taking full ownership of litigation strategy, court representation, and client consultations. This position requires clear, concise communication, transparency with clients, and a solution-oriented mindset. The attorney will also meet with potential clients via Microsoft Teams or in person, preferably at the office, and will be supported by a team of paralegals who coordinate consultations and case setup. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced litigator who is assertive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving cases forward with professionalism and confidence.

Required Skills and Background:

• 4–5+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Minimum 1 year of first-chair trial experience.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
• Strong background in real estate, contract, and business litigation.
• Experience handling contested probate matters.
• Proven ability to manage full litigation cycle: from intake through trial and post-trial.
• Excellent legal writing, courtroom presentation, and client communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, transparent, and able to offer clients clear legal options.
• Ability to manage 15–20 active cases simultaneously.
• Hybrid availability with 2–3 in-office days per week based on case needs.

• Strong leadership presence in court and in client consultations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Assertive “bulldog” mindset with high ethical standards.
• Experience consulting with prospective clients in-person or virtually.
