Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Represent institutional lenders in financing commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties from inception to closing.
Draft and negotiate commercial loan documents, including mezzanine, construction, balance sheet, and bridge loans.
Review organizational, commitment, and credit-related documents for borrowing entities.
Oversee real estate secured finance transactions, workouts, and restructurings.
Review title reports, surveys, and ensure title clearance.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the New York State Bar.
1-3 years of experience in Commercial Lending.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel).
