Statesboro, GA – Estimator needed to Build Excellence

SRS is seeking a highly motived, target driven Commercial Roofing Estimator with 4+ years of estimating experience. You’ll be instrumental in helping us achieve our growth goals while providing complete and appropriate solutions to customers.

The ideal candidate will:

·       Possess an understanding of the core competencies of roof and repair assemblies.

·       Use excellent technical and management skills to deliver superior estimating using The Edge.

·       Utilize attention to detail to stay abreast of design requirements, codes, materials, and pricing.

·       Use analytical skills to study past project historical data and compare to current estimate .

·       Prepare accurate, timely estimates so that estimate review takes place before bid or proposal sent.

·       Consult with clients, vendors or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.

·       Utilize their inquisitive drive to work with the salesperson to gather all required information for scope definition and estimate production.

·       Actively participate in the pre-project briefing, closing all gaps and successfully transition the project from sales to operations.
