Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. The position involves working on construction projects from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime depending on project needs. Responsibilities include performing general labor tasks such as demolition, loading/unloading, digging, and clean-up to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient construction site.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including demolition, loading/unloading, digging, and clean-up.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient construction site.
• Support daily operations at the construction site.
• Perform tasks related to general clean-up.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery.
• Adhere to safety precautions in a construction environment.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years' experience in a commercial or large residential job setting.
• Ability to speak about safety precautions in a construction environment.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, concrete, and carpentry skills.
• Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and scaffolding.
• Familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification.
• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to use a tape measure, hammer, and saw.
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in various forms.
• Ability to pass a check, drug screen, physical capacity profile, and E-Verify.
• Reliable transportation method to get to and from work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
