Job Description

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. This role focuses on customer service, working with people on all shifts in office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and similar environments. Build meaningful connections, reassure, and inspire confidence.

Location and Schedule

• Site: San Francisco, California
• Schedule: 20 hours, Wednesday to Sunday, 5:30PM to 9:30PM

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Minimum of 2 years security officer experience
• Corporate or Home Office security experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer skills
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience even better
• State security license and additional 32hour BSIS security training (obtainable during hiring)
