Freese and Nichols is seeking a CRM/Sales Content Writer to join our Marketing team. The location is flexible across FNI offices. The CRM/Sales Content Specialist helps manage, create/write the foundational sales and marketing content that further supports the company’s goals of winning new client business. Primary Responsibilities include assisting the Project Description Program which consists of projects identified as Signature Projects important for sales, marketing, and proposals; writing and maintaining key FNI project descriptions at various stages within the project lifecycle; coordinating with technical personnel to interview and gain project information; writing and maintaining staff resumes including headshots, prior project experience, licenses, certifications, and registrations; working with new hires to create initial resumes; managing the annual review of CRM Knowledge / FNI proposal boilerplate information; working with graphics staff to update visuals representing sales content; assisting with CRM Publisher templates, training documentation, training users, sharing best practices, and troubleshooting Publisher issues; working with internal staff or outside vendors to improve templates and options; co-leading training of others to use the Projects, Resume, and Knowledge portion of the CRM database; and bringing continuous improvement ideas, concerns, and trends to CRM Team meetings. Qualifications include 3+ years experience writing technical-oriented content, excellent writing and editing skills, and ability to independently establish priorities and accomplish work within designated time. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years experience in AEC industry proposal writing and/or project description, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
