In this highly visible role, you will act as the key quality liaison between the organization and its customersbalancing technical problem-solving with strong interpersonal communication to ensure long-term satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities: - Represent the company in all customer quality matters, maintaining professionalism and transparency
- Lead sorting, containment, and corrective action activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Develop and implement 8D reports and root cause analysis to address quality issues effectively
- Define and manage expectations with customers regarding timelines, actions, and deliverables
- Supervise and support quality technicians in inspection and rework tasks
- Monitor and improve internal processes based on customer feedback and quality trends
- Participate in APQP and PPAP activities to support new launches and engineering changes
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as IATF 16949
Recommended Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline
- 3+ years of experience in a customer quality role within a plastic injection molding environment
- Proficiency with 8D problem-solving, root cause analysis tools, and quality reporting
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to lead and motivate technical staff in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in an automotive Tier 1 or Tier 2 supplier setting
- Familiarity with OEM-specific portals and reporting tools
- Certifications in quality systems (CQE, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and control plans
