This is not a typical internship. Its a full-time internship role designed for college students, recent graduates, and career shifters who are ready to dive into data analytics, support live projects, and grow into a long-term contributor on our team.

MSPbots is a fast-growing SaaS company building AI-powered bots and automation tools designed to help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) become more efficient, productive, and profitable. Were on a mission to eliminate manual processes and repetitive tasks by leveraging data, automation, and business intelligence.

Location: Remote (US-based only)

Schedule: 8 AM5 PM CDT, Rest Days every Saturday & Sunday

What Youll Be Doing

• Learn and understand the structure and mission of the Migrations team
• Assist in writing basic SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
• Replicate dashboards, widgets, and reports for operational use
• Shadow team members to gain insight into day-to-day tasks
• Handle various job-related tasks to support team goals

What Were Looking For

• Basic knowledge of SQL and a genuine interest in data analysis
• Undergraduates, recent college graduates or career shifters
• Passionate about technology, with strong curiosity and initiative
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to coordinate across teams and departments
• Proficient in basic computer tools and self-motivated
• Must have own WFH setup (computer/laptop, webcam, headset, wired internet)
