Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry Specialist, located in Randolph, MA. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accuracy of company records and data. Additional tasks include verifying and organizing data, managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflows, and handling customer inquiries or documentation as needed. The position emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

Strong Typing and Computer Literacy skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
Experience with Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data management software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is desirable
Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
Having INFOR Syteline experience is a plus.
