We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Typist to join our team. This is a fully remote, entry-level position ideal for individuals who are organized, comfortable using a computer, and looking for flexible, easy work-from-home opportunities. You will be responsible for typing and entering data into our systems accurately and efficiently.
Accurately input data from various sources into digital formats
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
Review data for errors and correct any incompatibilities
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Follow company procedures and data entry standards
Communicate with team members when clarification is needed
Meet basic productivity and accuracy goals
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (typing, internet navigation, email, etc.)
Fast and accurate typing skills (recommended: 35+ WPM)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Word and Excel/Sheets)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
100% remote
