Youll collaborate with marketing, sales, and branding teams, contributing strategic ideas and hands-on execution to deliver measurable business impact./ppIf youre passionate about leveraging data to fuel marketing growth, love the challenge of optimizing performance across multiple platforms, and want to be part of a team that values both creativity and results, we want to hear from you./ppResponsibilities/pulliContribute to the planning and implementation of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns./liliCoordinate, execute, and monitor paid social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand visibility and lead generation (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads)./liliOptimize and manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, campaign management, and performance analysis, to increase website visibility and enhance Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts (Google Microsoft Ads)./liliBuild retargeting and remarketing audiences for various marketing campaigns, continuously evaluate performance, and implement data-driven improvements./liliRegularly update website content and collaborate with team leads on strategies to enhance SEO performance and optimize paid advertising efforts./liliCreate high-converting landing pages for campaign conversion and quality lead capture./liliMonitor and analyze digital performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific reporting tools. Consolidate insights into actionable reports to guide campaign strategy and decisions./liliSupport email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing initiatives, and audience targeting strategies./liliPartner closely with marketing, branding, content, and sales team members to ensure digital efforts align with business objectives./liliStay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in marketing./li/ulpQualifications/pulliBachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, a related field, or equivalent professional experience./liliMinimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment./liliProficiency in digital advertising platforms and A/B testing methodologies (Google/YouTube/Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, etc.)./liliExperience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for tracking, reporting, and performance analysis./liliFamiliarity with SEO and SEM best practices and tools./liliExperience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems; HubSpot experience a plus./liliTechnical knowledge of CMS. HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, but not required./liliProven experience managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously with competing deadlines./liliStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into recommendations./liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally./liliAbout 10% travel required/li/ulpWe are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $55,957.20 - $74,609.60. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%.
