Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the BB Sales for an Electronic Medical Device Manufacturing company. We are looking for to years of experience in the field of Electronics PCB or Medical Device Assembly.

The person will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and client relationships in the USA geographic area.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Performance and Revenue Growth in Electronics / PCB Manufacturing Industry.

  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases to prospective clients for BB sales - Electronics manufacturing
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure mutual benefits.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies in coordination with team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop RFQ analysis and present formal presentation to customer; ensure key financial measures are achieved within each quote, including profitability.

Business Strategy

  • Define, develop, and implement a sales strategy, which contributes to the strategic direction of corporate sales.
  • Develop trust with customer or potential customer.
  • Understand the Syrma-Johari selling process : Prospecting; Pre-approach-planning the sale; Approach; Need Assessment; Presentation; Meeting Objections; Gaining commitment; and Follow-up

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management with Leading Electronics Manufacturing Industry

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders across
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Build and develop multi-level relationships with external customers and within JDHL Partner with other key JDHL functions ( manufacturing and engineering) to further customer relationships and to become familiar with JDHL end-to-end value stream.
  • Collaborate on target-customer account strategies to win business and create mutual benefit for JDHL. Engage with a cross-functional team to translate customer needs into solutions which JDHL can deliver across our entire Product Realization Value Chain. Ensure solutions meet or exceed the target-customer needs and contribute to JDHL achieving its goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to align efforts with market needs.
  • Provide feedback to the team regarding client requirements, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Specific skills

  • Healthcare contract manufacturing and OEM expertise related to growing sales.
  • Knowledge in Electronics / PCB Manufactuing domain (printer Circuit Board)
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and / or boards of directors, communication at multiple levels.
  • Act in the best interest of the client and company to provide sustainable and credible solutions.
  • Strong and convincing communication skills.
