Key Responsibilities Lead and support franchise partners, restaurant managers, and frontline teams to achieve consistent brand execution. Monitor and optimize key performance indicators, guest satisfaction, service speed, food quality, and profitability. Analyze P&Ls, manage labor costs, streamline processes, and implement controls to enhance financial results. Coach, mentor, and develop multi-level leadership talent to build high-performing, engaged teams. Ensure franchise compliance with food safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and brand guidelines. Collaborate on franchise recruitment, training programs, and succession planning strategies. Oversee facility maintenance, remodel projects, and integration of digital solutions (kiosks, delivery platforms, digital menus). Cultivate a culture focused on franchise partner success, service excellence, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 5 years leadership experience within a franchise restaurant system. Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams in a multi-unit environment. Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in P&L analysis and cost management. Tech-savvy with familiarity in back-office systems and emerging restaurant technologies. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving strategic change. Regional awareness and cultural intelligence are highly valued.
