Job Description

Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

Fully Onsite in Downtown Denver (Free parking available)

Temp to Hire - $25-$28/HR DOE

Position Details:

  • Join a team of 3-5 dispatchers - handle invoicing, email requests, and are the first person to answer the phone when customers call.
  • Not entry level, more of an Administrative Assistant/ Client Service Specialist
  • Prefer customer service background vs dispatcher skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook & Excel
    • Additional software: Dispatch CRM software - Tigerpaw (new to everyone as of last year!)
  • Dispatchers are the 1st person who answers the phone - they are center of the wheel that runs the business
  • Customer service-oriented team and position!
