Part-Time Marketing Specialist (10 Hours/Week) Location: (Remote with conditions below) At Pictory, we're all about making video creation a breeze! Position Overview Pictory.ai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced part-time Email Marketing Specialist to drive engagement and conversions through strategic email campaigns. This role requires you to be an expert in email marketing best practices, email marketing platforms (specifically Customer.io), email design and basic asset creation (for the emails) and compelling copywriting for both B2C and B2B audiences.Ultimately, you will design, create and optimize our email marketing campaigns. This is a part-time position requiring approximately 5 to 10 hours per week. Location: Remote, but needs to be available for calls with manager in U.S. PST (Seattle) Key Responsibilities: Design, develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions. Manage and optimize email campaigns using Customer.io, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing. Craft persuasive and engaging email copy tailored to both B2C and B2B audiences, ensuring brand consistency and messaging effectiveness. Analyze email campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve results. Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Collaborate with the marketing team leader to align email efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns. Qualifications: 5+ years in marketing Expert-level knowledge and proven experience in email marketing strategies and execution. Proficiency in using email marketing platforms, with specific expertise in Customer.io. Exceptional copywriting skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in both B2C and B2B writing. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize email performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
