Bachelor’s degree in Education, valid state Teaching license or certification, and 1+ years Teaching experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A part-time opportunity is available for an experienced English Learner (EL) Teacher to support elementary students in a school setting in Minnesota. This contract position spans from early January to early June 2026, offering approximately 18.75 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with potential flexibility in scheduling.

Hours: Approximately 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday (flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite English Learner instruction tailored to the needs of elementary students
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support language acquisition and classroom integration
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting instructional strategies accordingly
• Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with school staff and families
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Minnesota EL teaching license or certification (required)
• Experience working with elementary students in an ESL or English Learner capacity
• Strong understanding of language acquisition and best practices for EL instruction
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators and staff
• Effective communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere
