Position: Entry-Level Automotive Sales Consultant

Location: Key Cars Auto Group – Multiple Dealerships Across Connecticut
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Store | Entry-Level Auto Sales

Who We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, driven individuals with a passion for helping people

• No prior auto sales experience required—we provide full training

• Strong communication skills and a positive, coach able attitude

• Comfortable with basic technology and eager to learn

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excited about building a career

• High school diploma or GED required

• Bilingual a plus, but not required

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome customers to the dealership and help guide them through the vehicle selection process

• Learn to present features, benefits, and pricing with confidence and professionalism

• Follow up with customers and maintain relationships through CRM tools

• Participate in paid training to build product knowledge, digital retailing skills, and closing techniques

• Collaborate with managers and mentors to hit your goals and prepare for promotion opportunities
