Here is what we have to offer you:

• You will be trained on how we transform floors in garages, basements, warehouses, etc. Floor coatings experience is required for this position, and our techniques add to your current knowledge.
• You will be trained in the art of our floor coatings, safety and customer service. Our training programs will get you up to speed quickly. It’s up to you how fast you advance in our company. Experienced installers should already have some previous experience in resinous flooring.
• You will be trained in our company culture so you can become a positive influence on your team mates, and our team can influence you and help you succeed at work and in your personal life.

The basic requirements for this job are as follows:

• You have previous experience with epoxy floor coating and floor coating preparation.
• You have previous experience with polished concrete and other decorative concrete applications.
• You are in good physical shape, and able to move around easily and at a fast pace (our products cure fast)
• You have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from work.
• You are 18 or older.
• You have a positive attitude.

Experienced consistently earn over $25+/hour (pay rate can be based on experience) and have access to other awesome perks.
