Job Title: International Shipping Coordinator Responsibilities: Coordinate all aspects of ocean export shipping, including bookings for full container and less than container load shipments, trucking, documentation, billing, and quotes. Experience with hazardous cargo is a plus. Manage account files and provide accurate, current information to customers and international agents for all shipments. Review documentation to ensure compliance with US Customs regulations. Assist team members as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience as an international logistics or traffic coordinator. Training will be provided. Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM. No weekends.
