Finance Manager Position

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our growing client in Franklin, Tennessee. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, analyze performance metrics, and provide strategic insights to support organizational goals. This position requires a hands-on approach to budgeting, financial reporting, and departmental leadership to ensure efficiency and accuracy across all sites.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports that guide managerial decision-making.
• Evaluate costs, pricing, and sales outcomes to assess company performance against business plans.
• Develop financial trends and projections to support long-term planning.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction through detailed reviews and evaluations.
• Lead the finance department by establishing objectives and creating a structured framework for success.
• Coordinate and manage the company-wide budgeting process, ensuring alignment across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with various departments to align budgetary goals with organizational strategies.
• Maintain and manage site additions in Sage Intacct, ensuring system accuracy.
• Serve as the subject matter expert to enhance the efficiency and impact of the finance team.
• Partner with leadership teams to foster collaboration and achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing annual budgets and financial reporting.
• Strong expertise in month-end close processes and cash flow forecasting.
• Familiarity with developing and implementing budget frameworks.
• Proficiency in Sage Intacct and multi-site financial management.
• Analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify trends.
• Ability to lead teams and set clear objectives for departmental success.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments.
