Front Desk Agent - Part Time at Hotel 505 Albuquerque Position Summary A front desk agent checks guests in and out of their hotel rooms and ensures customers have a satisfying and enjoyable stay. Responsibilities include distributing room keys, verifying customers' registration information, and processing room payments and deposits during their stay. Shift Availability Mid: 3 p – 11 p (Part‑time) Night Audit: 11 p – 7 a (Part‑time) Morning: 7 a – 3 p (Part‑time) Responsibilities and Duties Take, cancel, and change room reservation requests. Investigate and resolve customer complaints or questions. Process guest departures, including calculating changes and receiving payments. Answer telephone calls and relay messages. Maintain an inventory of reservations, vacancies, and room assignments. Answer inquiries about the hotel and its services through telephone, email, or in person. Handle wake‑up calls and a myriad of other guest requests. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Display good time‑management skills and the ability to multitask. Show excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Creatively solve problems. Maintain a well‑groomed and professional appearance. Operate flexibly in a fast‑paced environment. Bi‑lingual is a plus. Compensation Typical start at $13.50 – $14.50 per hour with a raise after 90 days. Night shift includes a differential. Benefits Flexible schedule. Schedule 8‑hour shift.
