Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Lead (Finance & Supply Chain)

Location: Durham, NC (Onsite 4 days/week)

We’re seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Lead to oversee core Finance and Supply Chain workstreams within a major enterprise implementation. This individual will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore resources: driving requirements, process optimization, and solution delivery across multiple functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional design sessions and business process workshops across Finance and Supply Chain areas
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable D365 solutions
• Configure and customize modules spanning General Ledger, AP/AR, Cash & Bank, Project Management Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse Management
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration between finance, operations, and technical leads
• Oversee data migration, testing, and end-user training
• Support continuous improvement and post-implementation optimization efforts

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of ERP experience with a strong track record in Dynamics 365 F&O implementations
• Proven functional expertise in both Finance and Supply Chain Management modules
• Hands-on experience in PMA, inventory, warehousing, and procurement
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Experience in manufacturing or retail environments preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline
• D365 certifications in Finance or SCM modules are a plus
