Job Summary:

We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented General Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves manual and automated picking, RF scanner use, and computer-based packing systems. You will work alongside robotic systems and warehouse management technology to ensure accurate, efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick orders manually using RF scanners and pick lists
• Use handheld scanners to confirm item selections and locations
• Pack orders at designated packing stations using computer systems and shipping software
• Verify order accuracy and ensure packaging meets company standards
• Apply shipping labels and stage packages for outbound shipment
• Assist with inventory counts and replenishment
• Perform basic troubleshooting of scanner or robotic picking systems if needed
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and performance guidelines

Technology Used:

• RF (Radio Frequency) Scanners for real-time inventory and order tracking
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) for order processing and inventory management
• Computerized packing stations with monitors, label printers, and software

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or fulfilment center experience preferred
• Comfortable using handheld scanners and computer systems
• Ability with basic warehouse automation (a plus but not required—training provided)
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies and follow digital workflows
