ResponsibilitiesLeadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales plans.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
Training and Development: Oversee training programs to develop the skills of sales staff and enhance team performance.
Inventory Management: Manage vehicle inventory to align with current demand and optimize dealership profitability.
RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
