Overview Salary: £50k - 55k per year + Company Car per annum Sales Manager - The Recruitment Solutution (TRS) have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join this well respected and dynamic dealer group. Working just 5-days per week, this role is based in the Norfolk area and available now. This is a well established dealership and you will be responsible for managing a small team of Sales Executives, with excellent franchises, and a great opportunity to make your mark. Responsibilities Manage a small team of Sales Executives and drive departmental performance across sales, finance, add-ons and accessories to meet targets. Ensure staff provide the highest level of customer service at all times to increase customer loyalty and repeat business. Benefits Competitive basic salary & bonus scheme. Requirements Ability to drive the department’s sales performance including finance, add-ons and accessories to meet targets. Demonstrated commitment to high levels of customer service and customer loyalty. Successful track record within a similar role. Strong people management and motivational skills.
