We're looking for a High Voltage Electrician 2 in the Baltimore, MD- a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

What you'll do:

\n
• You'll be based out of our Baltimore, MD service center and can expect to work in the field with up to 50 to 75%% travel.
\n
• Specialize in working on both low, medium, and high voltage switchgear including breakers with relays, motor starters, VFD's, load break switches, transformers, load banks, and batteries.
\n
• Install fixtures, wiring conduits, motors, and other electrical equipment.Inspect circuits for specified shielding and grounding.
\n
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
\n
• Periodically inspect equipment, and locate and correct problems before breakdowns occur
\n
• Locate and determine electrical malfunctions using test equipment.
\n

We're Experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience:

\n
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of relevant experience and/or training
\n
• Proven knowledge of the principles of electricity and electrical design
\n
• 8+ years of formal technical training
\n
• 10+ years' experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical switchgear, this will include both low volt and medium voltage power distribution gear. Should have knowledge with protection relays and meters
\n
• Positive, self- starter who enjoys working with others in a fast-paced environment to deliver consistent quality
\n
• Valid driver's license
\n
• Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.
\n
