Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional  Restaurant Hostess to join our daytime team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and thank them upon departure
• Manage the waitlist and accurately quote wait times
• Seat guests promptly and efficiently based on server rotation and table availability
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance area
• Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff
• Assist with light front-of-house duties as needed
• Uphold excellent customer service standards at all times

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the dining area

Pay & Hours:

• $15.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday: 10:45am-4:00pm
• Supportive and positive work environment
• Opportunity to gain restaurant and customer service experience
