Human Resources Assistant Requirements:
•Demonstrated human resources knowledge and experience
•Strong communication and organizational abilities
•Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems
•Located within driving distance of Mechanicsburg for occasional in-office work

Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities:
•Support recruiting by coordinating scheduling, follow-ups, and communications
•Assist with administrative duties related to an HRIS/payroll system conversion
•Perform data entry and maintain accurate HR records
•Manage communication tasks including follow-up calls and candidate outreach
•Help ensure smooth execution of key HR initiatives
