Job Description
Qualifications and Experience:
HVAC Service Technician with a minimum 3 years experience preferred
Residential & Light Commercial experience preferred
Furnace, Electric Furnace, Heat Pump, AC & Boilers
EPA Licenses
HVAC Licenses
Job Skills:
Knowledge of Diagnose & Repair
Working knowledge of all hand and power tools
Able to use all specialty tools including Recovery Machine, Multi Meter, Combustion Analysis
Very strong technical background
Exceptional communication skills
Good organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
Able to work long hours on feet
Able to lift and climb ladders and scaffolds
Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 70lbs
Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Must not be afraid of heights
Must be able to crawl in attics and crawl spaces
Special Requirements:
Pass a DOT physical & drug test
Clean background
Valid Drivers License with good driving record
Must provide their own basic hand tools
