Seeking an Experienced SALES Manager to generate and handle sales for our Pharmaceutical R&D and Laboratory Equipment line of packaging machinery.

About the position…

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Develops, generates, and manages sales activity for Pharma R&D and Laboratory sector customers.
• Manage and generate sales activity for large key accounts as well as small to mid-size customers.
• Executes the complete sales cycle from initial contact onwards.
• Creates and maintains strong working customer relations.
• Maintains and manages the customer database and reports in CRM.
• Sales forecast planning.
• Drives growing sales in expanding market.
• Provide timely and accurate reports as required.
• Initial sales area to cover the whole of North America.

Industry Experience & Tenure: 3-5 years’ broad experience and knowledge of pharma processes and packaging equipment. Brings strong network connections and relationships.

Business Acumen: Understands business implications of decisions. Displays orientation to profitability. Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition. Aligns work with strategic goals.

Salary: $60,000 to $67,000 annually depending on experience + commission
