Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 3–5 client accounts in the beauty industry, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 coordinators responsible for sourcing influencers, negotiating deals, and campaign execution.
  • Oversee influencer discovery, contract negotiations, gifting, and campaign logistics.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and provide performance reporting and insights.
  • Collaborate with clients to refine influencer strategy and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Ensure accurate and organized data management in Airtable .
  • Learn and apply basic task automation skills (training provided) to streamline processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Excel, Slack, and Airtable .
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote environment with self-management.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Korean language proficiency or cultural understanding.
  • Prior experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) is a plus.
