Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent, located in Scottsdale, AZ with some work from home acceptable after six months. We receive over 10,000 warm leads per month (0 internet leads, 0 cold calling.) Will open up position for full time out of state remote depending on state and candidate. Salary + commission. Expected compensation between $75,000 -$105,000 per year. Turbo will train if you have never done insurance. If you are out of state Turbo will pay for airfare + hotel for first week of onboarding and training.

The Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling insurance policies, managing insurance accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, assessing their insurance needs, offering suitable insurance products, and handling inquiries and claims processes. Additionally, the role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and new products.
