Dignity Health Medical Group Merced is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician (IM Physician or FM Physician) to join our growing multispecialty group in Merced, California . • Outpatient-Only Primary Care Practice Provide comprehensive care for a diverse patient population in an established and growing outpatient clinic

• Flexible Scheduling for Work-Life Balance Enjoy a healthy mix of work and personal time with flexible hours and limited call requirements (telephone call only!)
• Team-Based Approach to Care Collaborate closely with experienced primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, care coordinators, and specialists
• Strong Referral Network and Growing Patient Demand Benefit from a built-in referral base and consistent patient volume

What We Offer

• Competitive salary, sign-on, and relocation assistance
  • Salary Range : $250-290k annually + productivity incentives
  • Sign-On Bonus : Up to $125k
  • Residency Stipend : $24k
  • Relocation Assistance : Up to $20k
• Annual Quality Bonus: Up to $30k

• MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification
• Passion for primary care with experience in preventive medicine and chronic disease management and minor office procedures
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
