Job Title: Pain Physician
Location: Venice, Florida

A pain management group is a rapidly expanding organization seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Pain Physician to join their practice in the Venice, Florida area. As a Pain Physician, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive pain management services to patients. This position offers excellent earning potential with a competitive salary range of $350,000 to $400,000 , along with full benefits and production-based incentives.

• Utilize your extensive knowledge and expertise in pain management procedures, including injections , Spinal Cord Stimulator implants , and Intrathecal Pump Implants .
• Perform a variety of interventional pain treatments in a heavy interventional pain practice setting.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, review medical histories, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Administer appropriate pain management interventions and treatments, ensuring patient comfort and well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team , including nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive pain management care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in pain management, participating in continuing education and professional development activities.

• New graduates or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• An anesthesia background is required, in addition to the completion of a pain fellowship program.
• Possess a valid medical license and board certification in pain management or be eligible for licensure in the state of Florida.
• Strong clinical skills and extensive knowledge of various pain management procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

• Full-time position, Monday through Friday , with normal business hours.
• No nights or weekends required, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
• Competitive salary range of $350,000 to $400,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
