Personal injury law firm focusing on medical malpractice and serious injury and wrongful death
cases seeks litigation associate attorneys to support two experienced attorneys.

We handle significant cases, help people in need, and go to trial if the case is not settled for its
fair value.

Our firm prides itself on its culture. Our senior associate has been with the firm since 2008 and
one of our paralegals has been with the firm since 1997.

Requirements:

• Must have experience with litigation on behalf of plaintiffs, E-Filing, issuing and answering discovery, ordering medical records, professional communication skills with ability to interact with clients and other staff, file and organize files both physical and electronic, scheduling depositions, drafting letters and form letters, display ability to multitask, and poses the initiative to work independently and with other staff.
• Must have a minimum of two years of experience working in personal injury litigation.
• Must have license to practice law in the State of Illinois
