Floyd Lee Locums is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Outpatient Family Practice for a locum tenens job in Fort Worth, Texas.

End Date: July 31, 2025, will have option to extend 
Contracted Hours: 40 hours/week
Travel Required: No

Shift Schedule:

• June 16 – July 31, 2025
• Mondays–Fridays
• Two shift patterns:
  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide Family Medicine and Primary Care
• In-clinic only (no HomeMed or home visits)
• Must be comfortable seeing patients aged 2+
• Services include routine wellness, acute care, and chronic disease management
• Dispensing responsibilities required
• No fee collection at point of care

Required Experience:

• 2–3 years of independent primary or acute care experience
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Athena EMR experience preferred

Licensing & Certifications:

• Active Texas license
• DEA and CSR (if applicable)
• DOT certification
• BLS, ACLS, or CPR
• Dispensing and Prescribing licenses
• Collaborative Practice Agreement (Marathon will provide Supervising Physician)

Credentialing & Compliance Requirements:

• NPDB Self-Query or Attestation
• License Verification
• NPI Form
• Media Lab Training: HIPAA, OSHA, Bloodborne Pathogens, Security Awareness, EMR, Fee Collection, Paper Charting
• Background check, drug screen, fingerprinting, etc.
