An established Minneapolis based broker/dealer is looking to expand its institutional equity sales desk. The ideal candidate will have extensive institutional sales experience, results driven mindset with a proven track record of generating revenue by selling equity products (stocks, derivatives, etc.) to institutional clients and family offices, providing market insights, and fostering strong, long-term client relationships. Willingness to lead by example in all activities including, cold call prospective new clients to expand the firms customer base is essential.About This Role:

Qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial industry responsibility, regulatory requirements, credit fitness and criminal background standards.
