Position Summary
The Marketing & Volunteer Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive thrift store sales and meet strategic plan objectives that align with the Seton Center's mission. This includes conducting market research and staying up to date with industry trends and regulations to ensure our strategies remain effective and compliant.
The Marketing & Volunteer Manager oversees and enhances our volunteer program. This includes recruiting and training new volunteers, keeping a database of volunteer information and skills, matching volunteers to opportunities that suit their skills, and ensuring volunteers are satisfied and well-taken care of.

Hours: 40 hours per week; 1 Saturday per month; exempt $55,000 - $60,000 annual salary
