YOUR ROLE

You will work closely with the analytics and engineering teams to ensure medical claim and member eligibility data is loaded accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data Management (Primary)
  • Facilitating data transfer from our clients and partners so that the data fulfills our data requirements.
  • Loading that data and ensuring its accuracy with rigorous QA
  • Reporting & Analytics (Secondary)
  • Dashboard Development & Maintenance
  • Developing and delivering standard reporting
  • Ad hoc analyses

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or greater in a quantitative, technical, or medical field such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, finance, economics, biology, pre-med, etc.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of data engineering or analytics experience
  • Minimum 4 years working with medical claims data

Technical skills:

Required

  • SQL (Redshift experience a plus)
  • Google Sheets (or Excel)
