Our busy OB/GYN practice is seeking a patient-focused and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to provide outstanding service to our patients. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner, scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying insurance, and processing payments and collections while maintaining accurate patient records.
