Directly soliciting, originating, and supervising to closing Mortgage Loans, on behalf of the Company’s customers; Negotiating or counseling applicants about Loan interest rates on a Loan application; Representing to the public, through advertising or other means, that such Employee can or will perform any of the activities of a MLO; Researching, developing, and implementing marketing ideas from various sources; Establishing and maintaining client referral relationships to develop new business or retain existing business; Receiving, collecting, and distributing information to the Company’s Processing and Underwriting Department; Originating Loans only in the licensed state where the MLO and Branch Office are located; Ensuring all loans and actions comply with Company policies, laws, and investor guidelines; Preparing, maintaining, and storing documentation in accordance with legal requirements; Reporting any material concerns or issues concerning the Company or Employee; Storing all closed loan documents securely and accessibly; Obtaining prior approval for advertising and marketing efforts and complying with telemarketing rules; Getting prior approval for social media content related to real estate financing; Using only corporate email for official communications; Advising borrowers on appropriate financing options ethically and responsibly; Devoting full attention and efforts exclusively to the Company during employment.
